Suppenhuhn à la Fernanda

  • one chicken
  • two lemongrass leaves
  • one chili
  • one spoon of salt
  • pepper
  • lemon
  • carrots

Take the chicken and empty and wash it with water. Put 3 litres of water in a pan.

Add in the chicken lemon and pepper after washing it.

Add carrots, lemongrass, chili and salt in the water and boil slowly for 2 hours.

When done, serve chicken with rice, potatoes or vegetables.
